I called technical support for the printer and they were not able to help me. (The ink cartridges are full and work fine in other software programs to print so that is not the problem) Printed a test page directly from the HP Printer screen and it printed in color fine. Same document in MS Paint it will print in color. I checked the printers device settings and cannot find anywhere that it allows me to select either color or black and white.
I uninstalled the HP Printer software and reinstalled it along with the latest driver. Now when I right click a document to print - it appears in black in white on the preview screen and will only print in blackĪnd white. Has been working fine until the latest Windows 10 update this week. I have a new HP Officejet 3830 that I installed last week.
